Hello, My name is Shaina, I am 27 years old. I have my bachelors degree in Psychology. I have been babysitting for quite a number of years. When I turned 16 I got a job at a child care center which required me to take online courses strengthening my knowledge in childcare. I most previously worked as a paraprofessional at a school for Autistic children where I became trained in CPR and first aid care. In addition, I have a background as a Registered Behavior Technician working in public schools as well as delivering Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to Autistic children in homes. Shaina has become an integral part of our virtual school learning and care for my daughter this school year. She's upbeat, motivating, and keeps my daughter engaged all day. She comes up with fun activities that's gets my daughter away from the screen when school time is over. Shaina is intuitive, communicative, and responsible. We hope this is just the beginning of a great care giving relationship between her and my children.
