My name is Shailene, and my career in the healthcare field started roughly 10 years ago. I started off as a qmap in a memory care unit, and worked my way up to the lead qmap/trainer. I then ventured off to Home care, where I started off as a caregiver, and after 6 months was promoted to the Client Care Coordinator. I have worked one on one with clients, caregivers, and case managers day in and day out for the last 6 years. The experience I have gained during this time also entails operating Hoyer lifts, changing super pubic catheters, colostomy bags, taking vitals, blood sugar readings, transferring with a transfer board, etc. I have experience with just about everything in the medical field. I have a genuine heart, and my passion is serving others each and every day.
