About Shaidel

I'm a college student looking for a job where I can make a positive impact while doing something I genuinely enjoy. I grew up helping care for my younger cousins and even helped raise one of them, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how rewarding it is to care for children. Outside of childcare, I enjoy running, hiking, reading, and learning how to make coffee and matcha. I have a positive personality, love making people laugh, and enjoy talking with others. Families should know that I'm dependable, caring, and take the responsibility of caring for children seriously. My skills include multitasking, cooking simple meals, cleaning, laundry, helping with homework, driving to activities, keeping routines organized, and creating a fun, safe environment where kids can learn and feel comfortable.
