Greetings! I'm Shae, a compassionate and dependable caregiver with 3 years of senior care experience. I've had the privilege of caring for seven seniors, including four during the final months or years of their lives, providing comfort, dignity, companionship, and attentive support. My experience includes meal preparation, hygiene assistance, dressing and grooming, transportation to doctor's appointments, companionship, memory and mind-stimulating exercises, and planning meaningful activities that bring joy and connection. As a certified Life & Health Wellness Coach, I naturally lead with patience, empathy, and respect. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified. I understand how important it is to trust someone with the care of a loved one, and I strive to create a calm, safe, encouraging environment while honoring each person's independence, preferences, and dignity.
