Shadia was wonderful! She was kind, responsible, and attentive while caring for my 5-year-old son. One thing I especially appreciated was her excellent communication before the booking. She was thoughtful and proactive about getting to know our family, understanding our home and routines, and making sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and prepared. That level of care and attention made me feel confident leaving my son in her care. She has such a calm, friendly demeanor and was a good fit.
