Koto was wonderful with my mother in her last months of life. Koto worked nights, stayed up talking with my mom if she couldn't sleep. Koto helped with pain management, medication schedules, personal hygiene, etc. She was a real comfort to my mom and to me. Very reliable and caring. Also, very calm and experienced. I highly recommend her.
