About Serena

I'm a caring person who's been around the elderly and disabled all my life. Although I'm not a healthcare professional I have experience preparing meals, encouraging staying active and helping them get from room to room, helping them get dressed, transporting, and being a companion. My boyfriends mother has cerebral palsy and his grandfather (who is now deceased) had dementia, and I spent significant time with both his mother especially. I really enjoy brightening up people's lives and helping them. Knowing I've helped someone else in any way always puts a smile on my face. I'm willing to do housework, run errands, and prepare meals. I'm also willing to transport them places and do activities with them. Alzheimer's runs in my family so this is a close personal issue to me that I take very seriously.
