About Serena

Hii! My name is Serena and I'm an energetic and creative 19-year-old! I am currently pursuing nursing school, but fell into childcare five years ago and love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a part-time or full time position. My rates start at $20/hour for one child. I have worked for 3 families, one for two years, and the others for 18 months each. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing arts & crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but I am super loving and kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to paint (art is one of my passions) I love going out to eat to new places, and play board games with my friends. I love to dance and travel! I look forward to meeting you.
