About Serena

Although not having that much experience in professional tutoring, I have always found myself helping those around me at school as well as my younger sibling at home, and I can say that based on their 'reviews', I've done a pretty good job! My priority with your kids is to ensure that they understand the concept as quick and efficiently as possible, and I do plan on doing whatever is needed to help them retain the information, no matter how long it takes. I am responsible, hard-working, and patient, but I can also be fun and a child at heart, which would allow for an easier interaction with your children. I believe being young has its advantage in which I am closer to your children (generation wise), so I'll be able to relate to them easily. Tutoring doesn't have to be strict! It can be entertaining when done correctly. Not only will the student learn from me, but I will also learn from them, and I will do my best to help your child grow as we learn together.
