About Selma

Hello families! I'm a mother of two young children, a 2. 5-year-old daughter and a 10-month-old son, and I offer warm, home-based childcare for one additional child to join us during the day. Our days are rooted in outdoor play, creative projects, and hands-on, play-based learning. I believe children thrive through exploration, movement, and curiosity, and I intentionally create a nurturing, low-ratio environment that supports social, emotional, and developmental growth. We spend plenty of time out in the community. I hold memberships to the children's museum, science center, and aquarium, and we regularly enjoy outings along with park play, walks, crafts, and sensory activities. Care is provided in my home, where children benefit from consistency, individualized attention, and a small group setting. I'm seeking a family comfortable with drop-off at my home who values a calm, enriching, and family-style care experience.
