Selica worked with my family as a full-time caregiver for four months, primarily caring for our infant, but also helping out a lot with our four-year-old. I can't speak highly enough of her--she was a real lifesaver for us! First, Selica was so warm and kind with our kids--she really treated them like her own. My older daughter would watch for her every morning so that she could be sure to be the first to meet her at the door, and the baby would even get excited at the sound of her voice. I also really liked working with her because she is such a good communicator and has a lot of expertise. We'd talk every day about nap schedules, feeding, and activities for the baby (stroller walks, tummy time, etc.) This made the general chaos of the newborn phase much easier to handle, and it gave me real peace of mind. I always knew my kids were in good hands. We're so grateful to have found her!
