About Scott

Hi, my name is Scott. I first found love in teaching with helping kids in band. I loved seeing the reaction of finally being able to understand something. I decided that's what I wanted to do with my life and I am currently working toward my bachelors in AYA Integrated Social Studies and History with a minor in Math at Akron University. After that I want to work for my masters, but have to achieve the one first. I graduated high school with a 4. 0 GPA and currently have straight A's throughout college. I have tutored in math before and have experience in math all the way up to Calculus 2. I have also taken all different kinds of classes and tried to diversify myself in high school. I think it is not only important for the student to learn, but actually want to learn the subject. It is important to me to find fun aspects in their learning and to challenge themselves.
