I hired her to clean 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. She was very nice at the time and I was feeling good about hiring her until I realized she didn't clean any toilets, she didn't clean the shower and tub at all and she missed an entire bedroom. When I asked about why she didn't clean the bathrooms she responded with this "I did clean the bathrooms? I did skip the inside of the toilets unfortunately I forgot my gloves which I typically leave at my clients house to avoid that." I asked why she didn't tell me that she skipped the toilets before she accepted the payment and she said she was all done and she never responded. I then asked her why she didn't clean the shower and tub in each bathroom. She replied, "I clean for a lot of people and many of them ask me to skip the tub." I said we didn't ask you to skip cleaning the tub and shower. In fact, my wife walked her through each room told her what to clean, and asked if she had any questions. She never once asked anything about cleaning the tub or shower. I would NEVER recommend her to clean your house unless you don't mind not having the inside of your toilets cleaned or you don't mind not having your tub and/or shower cleaned and you are okay with her missing an entire bedroom and forgetting to clean the kitchen sink. I reached out and messaged her to try and work something out and she just kept saying I did what you asked, I cleaned everything you wanted. I will be more than happy to share the messages back and forth so you can see for yourself. I just hope this prevents someone from having to go through the same thing I just went through.
