About Savannah

Having received an undergraduate degree in Music Education, I have experience working with kids in a classroom environment between the ages of 5 and 18 in both musical and non-musical settings. This experience includes placements in elementary school and high school classrooms as well as employment as a part time middle school band director. Recently, my nannying experience includes carrying for a 3-year-old and 1-year-old. We spent many days playing outside, doing arts and crafts, learning valuable life lessons such as sharing, treating each other and our pets with kindness, and cleaning up after ourselves. We learned how to write, draw, bake cookies, and use our imagination through hands on play. Dance parties were also popular! Prior to this, I spent 6 months homeschooling and nannying for a family with two 11-year-old boys amidst the COVID-19 crisis. I am tidy, reliable, fun loving, and passionate about learning and nurturing creativity and success in kids of all ages!
