About Savannah

I began working with children professionally when I was 15 and got a job as a swim instructor. As a running start student I had extra time for work so I got my first nanny position while I was working at the pool when I was 16. I stayed with that family until I was 19 and moved up to Kirkland to start earning my degree at Northwest University. I loved being a nanny so much I decided that is what I wanted to do while in school and being my field was psychology, I felt it would be a fantastic fit to gain experience with children and families. During my time at school I took many different weekly nanny positions and occasional childcare offers as I had built a very good reputation. I did this on purpose because my goal was to gain as much experience with different children and family dynamics as possible so that my understanding of children could become more fluid. I become part of every family I nanny for. This is a transition I place high value upon.
