Caring for children and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and confident is something I genuinely enjoy! I have a little over three years of experience working with children with a wide range of needs, including complex medical needs, developmental differences, and extreme/dangerous behaviors. I've learned how important it is to stay calm, patient, and flexible. I am always happy to follow a child's interests! I'm also comfortable maintaining routines, setting appropriate boundaries, and following the expectations and parenting style of each family. I have a reliable car, I am CPR certified, I'm happy to help with carpooling, meals, and child-related light housekeeping, and I'm flexible with communication and daily updates. I'm calm, dependable, and easygoing, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child and becoming a trusted part of their routine!
