I was very optimistic when I hired on Savannah. she was very personable, however, she is unreliable; she called off constantly. told me her grandmother died and she had to go to a funeral out of state. she was job hunting! after confirming she would be coming in for a scheduled shift, the day of, she called off 2 hours before, stating that she got another job and they wanted her to start immediately! I would not recommend hiring this caregiver, unless you like being left high and dry.
