I would describe my personality as nurturing, attentive, and respectful. Working with children and watching them reach milestones brings me genuine joy. Bonding with them and engaging with their imagination helps create meaningful connections and a calm, supportive environment. I'm seeking a childcare position where I can grow with a family and become a trusted, respected presence in a child's life. I value emotional safety, consistency, and open communication, and I strive to create an environment where children feel understood and supported. I have 8 years of paid childcare experience & would love to continue pursuing nannying as a long-term career.
