Hello! I have over 30 years experience working with children. I began my educational career working 9 years as a Disbalities Services Specialist at Head Start Preschool. I worked closely with outside agencies and school districts to assist children with special needs and their families. I substitute taught for 6 years in Central Unified School District. My passion has always been working with children, especially on a one-on-one basis. I have 11 years experience as a nanny and 5 years experience tutoring kindergarten readiness. As a nanny, I will provide engaging, enriching activities in a positive, educational, safe and loving environment. If interested in tutoring, I'm happy to meet and share my approach and provide a list of everything I will be teaching your child to get them very well prepared for kindergarten. Tutor rates vary.

Saundra has been one of the best babysitters we've ever hired. She stands out for being experienced, having child education background and being an amazing tutor! She can balance well providing love and discipline, she knows how to talk to a child in a way is warm but provides direction. We absolutely would hire her again. It's also very sweet when she talks about her son, you can tell she did a great job educating him and she is passionate about educating young children. She easily bonded with our child and made it easy for us to trust her.
