About Sasha

Hello! My name is Sasha, I am a Swedish New Yorker with 15 plus years of experience working with children. The past two years I've worked as a preschool teacher at a Reggio Emilia school in Jersey City, and before that I have experience as an AuPair in Berlin, Germany and Iceland. My favorite thing about kids are their unique and vibrant personalities - what makes them curious and engaged with the world? Creating a foundational and trusting relationship with both children and their parents/caretakers is essential to finding out! Then they show me who they are through playing, crafting, cooking, reading stories, exploring the outdoors. Whatever medium it may be, I'm always delighted to be invited on the journey.
