About Sara

As a mother of two grown children, I know firsthand how valuable an extra set of hands can be during the busy after-school hours. When my own children were young, my husband traveled frequently, and I often wished I had someone dependable who could help make that part of the day a little easier. I'm patient, calm and responsible. I'm happy to help with homework, errands, simple meal preparation, transportation to activities, and keeping children engaged and cared for between activities. I have a college degree, have completed CPR training, and am comfortable following a family's routines and household expectations. I'm not looking to be a full- or part-time nanny. I'm hoping to be a reliable afternoon helper, someone who can help get the kids where they need to be, keep things running smoothly, and give parents a little more breathing room so they can enjoy the remainder of the day with their family.
