About Sara

I fully recommend Sara, who worked with our family full-time caring for my daughter when she was between three and five months old. From the very beginning, it was clear that Sara is truly exceptional, particularly when it comes to infant care. Sara excels at creating and maintaining a healthy, age-appropriate schedule. She was instrumental in establishing strong sleeping and eating habits, while always remaining flexible and responsive to my daughter’s needs. She paid close attention to both physical and cognitive development, thoughtfully supporting milestones and ensuring my daughter was thriving in every way. Under Sara’s care, my daughter absolutely flourished. One of the things I appreciated most was Sara’s intentional approach to each day. She made sure my daughter got fresh air during every wake window, whether through walks or other outdoor time. She encouraged healthy napping habits while always providing warmth, comfort, and reassurance. Sara incorporated plenty of reading, music, and engaging play to keep wake windows stimulating, varied, and developmentally appropriate. Sara is also incredibly organized and detail-oriented. She kept thorough written notes each day, which made me feel completely informed and confident about how my daughter’s day went and any important developments. Her communication skills are outstanding, and she handled her responsibilities seamlessly whether I was working from home or commuting to the office. In addition to outstanding caregiving, Sara took care of all household duties with remarkable efficiency. She has excellent time-management skills and balanced caregiving with household tasks effortlessly. She often went above and beyond—helping prepare our home for visitors, assisting with organization projects, arranging flowers, and decorating for holidays. Her attention to detail and pride in her work truly set her apart. Most importantly, I trusted Sara completely with my daughter. She created a peaceful, calm, and loving environment in our home. We have experience with part-time daycare, full-time daycare, and multiple caregivers, and I can confidently say that Sara is one of a kind. She truly is a “baby whisperer.” Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Sara care for their child. I recommend her without hesitation and with the highest level of enthusiasm.
