Hi, my name is Sara. I have experience working with and taking care of children in multiple different settings. I have worked for two summers as an overnight camp counselor, as a tutor for 1:1 youth mentoring, as a teaching aid in a classroom, and have volunteered with a therapy group in a pediatric clinic working with children with special needs. This past year I spent the year nannying for a family and working at a daycare with children ages 6 months-5 years old. Working with children has been an enduring passion of mine and I would love to continue to pursue that passion, while also helping out your family in any way that I can!

Sara took care of our 3 year old from Sept 2023 - July 2024. She got him ready in the mornings, fed him meals, did amazing arts and crafts, took him to the library, and took him to school by metro everyday. She was very responsible and reliable. Our son didn’t do well initially with a change in care providers (coinciding with starting of school for the first time) and he was at times difficult to work with. But Sara was extremely patient with him and never showed any signs of frustration. He misses her now. We would recommend Sara for babysitting and/or nanny positions.
