My duties includes : Medication reminders, Med management following the client's current medication list provided by his/her PCP. Providing companionship and personal care. I am Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia clients. Care management - scheduling medical appointments and providing safe transportation to and from medical appointments. Light housekeeping, and meal preparations. Monitoring and recording vitals if needed and providing a family member with any changes in medical conditions. Keeping a safe environment for your loved one or yourself. My credentials are all up to date. CPR, Professional Liability insurance, and continuing training certificate required by the state of Florida. HHA certificate, personal aide certificate, medical assistant, phlebotomist, and EKG technician. I am also a public notary. I take pride in the care that I provide.
