About Sarai

I consider myself to be a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) professional. I have over five years of retail experience, two years of supervisory management, and five years supporting student instruction in an inclusive charter school environment. My background has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, parents, and administrators while consistently meeting organizational goals. In my recent role as a Second Grade STEM Small Group Instructor at Gilroy, I supported student learning by delivering math instruction, creating weekly lesson plans, and tracking academic data using Excel and Google Workspace tools. I collaborated with parents and administrators to monitor progress and ensure students met performance targets. These responsibilities strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
