About Sarah

Updated review regarding her resignation and last month at the Job Sarah was a consistent and wonderful caregiver for our son for over a year, starting when he was nine months old. However, her departure in December 2025 was abrupt and unprofessional. Despite our agreements regarding clear communication, she gave less than a week’s notice for a personal situation which she could be having atleast some idea/hints way ahead. In addition, We went above and beyond to support Sarah by providing over a week of paid time off specifically to protect her while our son had the flu. Despite these precautions, she fell ill shortly after returning and was unable to work her final days. Most disappointing was her decision to indirectly blame our son for her illness via text—a stance we found unprofessional and unfair given the nature of childcare especially for younger kids. While we valued her year of service, this recent conduct and the lack of proper advance notice proved her unreliable for a long-term professional commitment.
