About Sarah

I have been an elementary school teacher for three years. I love seeing a child's face light up when they finally understand something that's been difficult for them. I believe that learning should be fun, engaging, and rigorous. Those things can and should coexist! I have a lot of energy and a positive outlook on learning and life. No child is incapable of learning, some children just need more support and creative approaches to be successful. I get to know the kids I work with as much as possible so that I can motivate them and inspire them to have confidence in themselves as human beings, not just academically. I'd love to be considered to join your team in supporting your child(ren) in reaching their fullest potential!
