I tutored 2 primary school ESOL children through High School once a week every week for 4 years, just to make sure that they were up to date with assignments because their parents didn't speak English fluently. The older brother had ADHD yet we were able to make solid progress despite the casual environment we had to work with. I've also been a nanny to two wonderful families with older children and then 1-2 younger children. So there was a lot going on with the large families' schedules. I was there as a care-taker and tutor every week day and as needed on nights and weekends for the younger children.
