About Sarah

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am a current math major at the University of Texas, Austin who has five years of experience helping elementary to high school students succeed in their math classes. I approach tutoring holistically and want my students to not only understand mathematical concepts but also learn why that lesson is important and how it can be applied in real life. I have also had the privilege to work with students who have different learning disabilities and have helped them reach their potential and instilled in them a level of confidence that is so crucial to succeeding in math! I want to help erase the stigma surrounding math and help students to see that anyone can do math as long as taught in a way that is beneficial to them!
