I have 3 cats and 2 foster guinea pigs and have hired Sarah multiple times per year to take care of my pets while on vacation or (frequent) work trips for the last several years. I will literally schedule a vacation around her availability, she is that good. What makes Sarah an exceptional pet caregiver? She literally treats your pets as her own or as I like to say, loves them like family! She brushes them, plays with them, feeds them exactly what you ask her to feed them at the exact times you ask her to feed them and cleans up their messes (and there are always messes with pets). She will clean litterboxes multiple times a day (just ask!). She has even take care of my guinea pigs in a way I don't think most pet sitters will. They are unique animals and Sarah just jumped in and learned all she could and followed every instruction to keep them healthy and happy. Before finding Sarah, I used to ask pet sitters to text me when they got to the house at night, take pictures of my animals, all the things so that I could feel comfortable not being at home. With Sarah, she does all of this proactively!! "Hi, I'm at the house." "Hi, Mox threw up on the comforter so I washed it." "Hi, everyone has had breakfast and here's a picture of me and the cats reading on the couch." I have never once worried about a single thing while she is at my house. I think the other thing that is exceptional about Sarah is that, unlike some pet sitters, she sees this as her "job." Sure, it's nice that she can go to the community pool or run back to her house in the afternoon if she needs to, but she will never treat it like she's on a vacation too. She is the most responsible and understands that you are paying her to be a companion to your animals while you are gone and love them like her own. I can recommended Sarah 1000%. You will wonder how did I ever leave my fur babies with someone else once you hire Sarah!
