About Sarah

I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover here in South Philadelphia with 5 years of experience taking care of pets. I can handle any dog or cat, big or small, high energy, timid, low energy, giant breeds, counter surfers, etc. I have a wealth of knowledge, experience, tools, and equipment to ensure the best possible stay so you can rest assured knowing you have one of the best looking after your pets! During my time in Nepal, I was able to spend time at a Buddhist animal liberation sanctuary. I also volunteered at a Jain community bird hospital during my time in India doing yoga teacher training. In addition to being a pet lover, I am a lifelong vegetarian and center radical love and compassion in my life. I believe in peace and justice for all beings, human, animal, and nature. I grew up riding horses and spent my summers on agricultural/ animal farms in Maine and Sicily. After college, I also worked on an organic farm in Costa Rica where I cared for animals.
