About Sarah

Hi! I am a retired teacher with experience caring for all ages. I am fun and goofy, and mesh that well with natural and purposeful learning within my interactions with kiddos. I have a passion for working with children, and kids love me :) I have excellent organizational, management, and multi-tasking skills as well. I am a certified teacher with a masters in education and a degree in child psychology. Prior to college, I worked at a child care center in the toddler aged classroom and as lead teacher in an infant classroom for 3 years. I also worked full-time as a nanny for 2 years, caring for a 3-month-old boy and 4-year-old girl, while attending night classes for graduate school. After that, I began my teaching career and taught for 17 years before retiring in 2023. I also have my own experience as a mother and parent of 2 children, now ages 10 & 13.
