I'd describe my personality as calm, compassionate, and creative! I like working with kids because I reciprocate the energy towards their hobbies and activities. I am also very patient and understanding. Letting kids express themselves is really important and I always want them to be heard. I'm looking for a job that allows me to engage with children and their activities instead of staying off to the side. I try to be as flexible as possible and would like a bit of flexibility if needed (doc appointments, fam birthdays) I started working with kids when I was 17 years old in high school. I have babysat for family members countless times as well as for a family for two years. I have experience from 4 months to 15 years old. One thing you should know about me is I am very respectful with your boundaries and rules. Finding someone and trusting them around your children is VERY important. I would make sure to have you feel secured in having me there with them and taking them out.
