I place a high value on honoring parents in how they see fit to parent their kids. I see caregiving as a way to come alongside parents and support them. I firmly believe in always honoring parents to their children and being able to provide a fun environment for kids! I have a deep understanding of the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for kids to thrive. I enjoy games ranging from educational to athletic and everything in between! My default communication style is an end of day review with texts or calls as is fitting throughout the day. I understand how valuable children's health and safety is to parents; therefore, my communication will follow whatever parents decide I am comfortable enforcing household rules, following the parents' lead to ensure consistency and a positive environment for the children.
