Hey there! I am an incoming graduate student at Vanderbilt University, pursuing a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am originally from Raleigh, NC and just left public education after teaching first grade for seven years. Outside of my time teaching, I have many years of experience working with and caring for children ages 2-12, and have worked at a summer camp near the coast of North Carolina for six full summers throughout my time in high school and college. I am looking to work about 10-12 hours a week as I am beginning my graduate program this fall. I love forming relationships with young people and helping them learn new things, develop independence, and have engaging experiences!
