About Sarah

Hi! I'm a mom of four with a lifelong love for working with children! I grew up as one of six kids, started babysitting at age 12, and continued caring for children through my early twenties. I also worked in a gym daycare center, gaining experience caring for children in a group setting. As a mom, I've experienced just about every stage of childhood firsthand! I'm also actively involved in coaching youth sports, so I love keeping kids engaged, active, and having fun. I'm patient, dependable, organized, and nurturing, but also believe in providing structure, encouraging independence, and making sure kids feel safe and supported. Professionally, I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and years of management experience, which have helped me develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
