About Sarah

I've always had a passion for caring for children. From babysitting throughout the age of 12-22 to working as a volunteer in the nursery at the church, El Faro, I've had the privilege of helping many children grow and learn. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents, providing daily written reports and using their preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or any concerns. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. To keep the children active and engaged, I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I love being able to be with kids and provide a healthy environment for them. I'm CPR-trained, food handler certificate, among other certificates as well and comfortable caring for children.
