About Sarah

Hi friends! My name is Sarah. I am a fun-loving adventurous gal, ready to make your kiddos day. I will encourage activities like play, brain games, art and exercise, which I believe will positively impact your child's development; safety and supervision are priority when I take care of children. I am so excited to start this journey of helping families & I cannot wait to meet you. I recently moved to the Los Angeles County area from Oregon, where I had grown up. I attended Oregon State University & graduated with my B. S in Psychology in 2020. I am now attending Biola University in La Mirada getting my M. A. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have a wide range of experience working with youth! From 2017-Present, I have done mentorship/camp counseling with foster kids ages 6-13 who have experienced trauma/neglect, I have been a gymnastics instructor for 4-6-year-olds & have worked at a homeless shelter for at-risk runaway youth ages 12-18.
