About Sarah

I enjoy being with children of all ages and also seniors. I have a passion for helping children learn and grow. I love to help parents who may not have other family members around and know how helpful it is to offer dependable care and support. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love coming up with new and exciting activities to keep children or seniors engaged. I also have grandchildren of my own who I've helped get to and from school, taken on outings, and spent overnights with while their parents were away. In my previous role, working with seniors in memory care, I developed long-term, trusting relationships with staff, family members, and doctors. I love discovering activities that bring meaning their way and help them feel valued. I believe communication is key to a successful care experience in all types of care. I am an active senior who loves to stay busy. I have 6 years of experience with seniors and my babysitting has been primarily for my family members.
