I love my daughter more than anything and I want to give her the world, though I know that also means sometimes telling her "no" and setting up boundaries with what is and is not ok. I would be the same way with your children - we will have tons of fun reading and dancing and playing (they also get a new friend out of it!) but I will make sure they stay safe within the boundaries that your family has set up.
