About Sarah

I have had the pleasure of knowing Sarah both professionally and personally, and I can confidently say that any family would be lucky to have her. I am currently the office manager at the place where we both work. As a Behavioral Technician, who is about to become an official BCBA, Sarah possesses a combination of compassion, professionalism, and care for the children she works with. She has an ability to remain calm and supportive even in the most challenging situations. I have watched children become escalated, frustrated, and overwhelmed, and Sarah responds with patience and a reassuring presence. She never loses sight of the child behind the behavior and always approaches them with respect. What stands out most to me is the impact she has on the children she works with. I have personally witnessed children in ABA therapy achieve goals that seemed out of reach, and Sarah has played an important role in those successes. Helping a child develop communication skills, increase safety awareness, build confidence, or navigate difficult emotions, she honors every milestone with excitement and pride. She invests herself in helping children succeed. On a personal level, since I met Sarah, she has always shown a lot of compassion for my son, who is on the spectrum and is now 22. Her support and encouragement when I share updates or stories about him have never felt like a burden to her. She truly listens and shows genuine care and joy while cheering him on. Beyond her work with children, Sarah is very intelligent, trustworthy, responsible, and kind. She has excellent judgment. She communicates well with both children and adults. She creates an environment where children feel safe and valued. She has a calming presence that puts people at ease. Without hesitation, I would recommend Sarah to any family looking. She is not only highly skilled and experienced, but she is also a wonderful human being who cares about the children, families she works with and her personal connections around her. Any child in her care would be lucky to have someone so dedicated and compassionate supporting them.
