Hello, My name is Sarah. I am from Oklahoma and moved to the Kitsap area in July of 2023. I am a certified teacher and Reading Specialist. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Oklahoma Baptist University as well as a Master's of Education in Reading degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. After graduating with my Bachelor's degree, I taught Pre-K and Kindergarten for Shawnee Public Schools in Shawnee, OK for 4 years. I graduated with a Master's of Education in Reading from U. C. O. in June of 2023. I am a certified Early Childhood teacher and Reading Specialist in Oklahoma and Washington state.

Sarah was our nanny for four years while she was completing her undergraduate degree. She was such a blessing to our family! Her presence allowed me to work, travel without taking our children along, and I never worried when she was with our kids. I knew she was caring for them as we would. Our children love Sarah! Most recently, Sarah has been a tutor for one of our children who struggles in the areas of reading and math. Sarah's knowledge of how children learn, her experience with curriculum, and her dedication to teaching children helped our child gain confidence in reading and solidified some math skills she needed extra help with. She still asks if Miss Sarah can come and help her with school! I would highly recommend Sarah for nannying or tutoring. She is very dedicated and focused in all she does and puts your children first. You will not find her on her phone scrolling while she is with your children-a rare find these days!
