Sarah is very experienced with kids, especially good with infants. You can tell by her creativity in entertaining the kids even when they can’t communicate yet. You can tell she’s been around children a lot as evidenced by her calm nature through stressful or hectic moments. She works well with detailed instructions, but also understands and is comfortable with how plans sometimes change as kids are unpredictable. We have trusted her with our child 2-14 months and will continue to do so, she’s our go-to for his childcare.
