About Sarah

Hi! I have almost 4 years of experience working with children, including children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I genuinely love working with kids and making everyday activities fun and meaningful. My approach is playful and individualized. Through my ABA experience, I've developed skills in supporting communication, teaching daily living skills, encouraging independence, and promoting emotional regulation. I love getting to know each child's personality, interests, and needs so I can meet them where they are. Whether we're playing games, practicing new skills, or navigating big emotions, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where every child feels understood and can grow at their own pace. I'm comfortable following routines, maintaining household expectations, and communicating openly with parents. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust, and I'd love to be someone your family feels confident with!
