Hi! I'm a mom to two amazing kids: 13 y/o son and 16 y/o daughter. While I've had a successful professional career for 20 yrs, I'm ready to shift gears. I'm extremely well versed with infants and want to be able to help a young family while giving you the confidence your babies are in good hands! I'm happy, direct and honest. I like working with kids because I love babies more than anything. They warm my heart. I'm looking for a job that allows me to make an impact on the family. I want to as helpful as possible! I'm busy and I multi-task! My surprise baby sister was born when I was 10. I've been baby obsessed ever since. In my spare time, I like to garden, cook, shop (not gonna lie!). I have two kids, 3 dogs, a husband that works from home. And I can go with the flow. My skills include Keeping kids happy by identifying their immediate needs: tired, hungry, bored, etc. I know the tells! Subtle discipline: It's all about teaching a leading without shame.
