About Sarah

I've been tutoring in the Lynchburg, Virginia, area since 2008. I moved to the Raleigh/Durham area about 5 years ago and have been tutoring in this area since then. I've helped students ranging from elementary up to the college level, and spent 2 years working at a Middle School. My current students attend schools I'm available to tutor your child in math (everything from middle school up to Calculus III), as well as English and writing. My specialty is helping students with test anxiety. I can help your child prepare for the PSAT, SAT, SSAT, select CLEP tests, and the Praxis test. At this point, I typically manage my students' academic careers - this means we meet for a minimum of 5 hours/week and I support them in everything from homework to SAT testing and college applications. I have a waitlist for my regular students, but have some availability for short term tutoring
