I am a certified Newborn Care Specialist with 11 years of professional experience caring for newborns and infants. My approach is nurturing, responsive, and centered on each baby's individual needs while supporting parents with calm, dependable care. I am experienced in feeding support, soothing, diapering, bathing, sleep routines, developmental care, nursery organization, and clear parent communication. I respect each family's preferences, routines, and privacy and have wonderful parent references. I am available for daytime or overnight shifts, have reliable transportation and my own car, hold a Masters degree and work with only one newborn-parent family at a time.
