About Sarah

I am a confident, loving, compassionate, and giving soul. I am a photographer working as a teaching artist in Makawao and am looking for a nanny job that can provide 3-20 hrs of work per week. I have worked with children ages 3 months to 12 years old and have experience with special needs children. I am very maternal but cannot have children of my own. Working as a nanny and providing high-quality care for the right family is a very nourishing experience. I value the impact I can have as a positive influence on children and also love being a pillar of support for the parents. I love and encourage a lot of time outdoors, healthy snacks & meals, exposure to a lot of books, music, creative play, and art projects. The majority of my experience as a nanny involves working with children from the window between 3 months-5 years old. I especially enjoy the bond that can develop when I'm able to provide care starting at the infant stage, but am also happy to care for school-aged children.
