About Sarah

My name is Sarah, and I am excited to provide childcare for your family! My experience in childcare includes 3 summers as a summer camp counselor at the YMCA for elementary aged students, 2 summers of life guarding and providing swim lessons, as well as interning for a pediatric physical/occupational therapy clinic. My experiences have taught me how to creative positive environments where children feel comfortable to be creative, playful, and grow. Through my work, I also have learned how to implement safety precautions to ensure the wellbeing of the children. I have received a bachelor's degree from UNC- Chapel Hill, where I have been CPR certified and learned how to provide first aid measures. Additionally, my time as a life guard has provided me ample understanding of water safety.
