About Sarah

My experience with caregiving began nearly 10 yrs ago when my grandparents needed a full time caregiver. Ever since, caregiving has remained so close to my heart. I consider it a privilege to provide care & companionship for my clients. I have been employed by a number of families with various needs, but I would say that I do particularly have a strength and understanding for Alzheimer's/memory care. I am proud to say this is more than simply a job for me- the bonds with my clients are close and meaningful. I am intentional in not only making sure that your loved one is safe and well cared for, but that they thrive with joy and connection. For those that enjoy music- I have a full mobile keyboard that I would be happy to bring with me and play some piano for your loved one. Music in general can be therapeutic, but hearing old familiar songs can be so comforting + relaxing for memory care. I can play many songs, but particularly lots of jazz standards, hymns, and relaxing classics.
